Texas trip #2 - March 2011

On March 11th we made another trek down south. This time we took my mom and sister, Connie. Had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed staying in some beautiful cabins in Fredericksburg with Jason's family.

Highlights of trip #2:

• Jordan-Bachman Pioneer Farm
• Texas Natural Science Museum - dinosaurs and fossils
• IKEA
• Babysat Jacob
• Japanese restaurant for Mom and Connie
• San Marcos shopping excursion
• Fredericksburg - met Jason's family and stayed in cabins; shopped in quaint shops; visited the WWII Pacific Museum; climbed the Enchanted Rock
• Picnicked in Luckenbach, TX
• Babysat Jacob
  
• Watched the bats come out from under bridge at dusk
• Babysat Jacob
  
• Duck boat tour of the city
  

Jason and Erin are always gracious hosts. They plan soooooo many interesting things to do during our stays.

We want to say a "BIG" thank you for all you did for us during our visit.

Almost forgot the best part of the trip - learned that we our going to be grandparents once again come October. :-)
